A popular course where you can compare three cooking styles using WAGYU off-cuts: Yakiniku, Shabu-shabu, and Sukiyaki.
The course ends with a pot of freshly cooked premium Koshihikari rice from Uonuma, Niigata.

Yakiniku (Grilled WAGYU)

Cooked tableside and paired with our signature soy-based sauce enriched with garlic, miso, and fruit. Enjoy its bold aroma and deep umami.

Shabu-shabu

Dipped briefly in clear broth made from Hokkaido kombu and dried bonito. Try it with ponzu or sesame sauce, complemented by various condiments.

Sukiyaki

Simmered in a sweet and savory blend of soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and sake. Best enjoyed dipped in raw egg — rich, mellow, and silky.

Okonomiyaki (Japanese savory pancake)

Kansai-style fluffy batter topped with WAGYU off-cuts, mochi, and cheese. Crispy outside, gooey inside. Finish with sauce, mayo, aonori, and bonito flakes for layered flavor. A true fusion of Japanese soul food and premium WAGYU.

Freshly Cooked Uonuma Koshihikari Rice (per order)

We prepare one pot of premium Uonuma Koshihikari rice per order using Asahi Oishii Mizu natural Mt. Fuji water.
Enjoy the rice’s perfect shine, fragrance, stickiness, and sweetness — cooked to perfection for peak flavor.
